Many of our property owners allow tenants to have pets but some do not.
If you are interested in having a pet you must first contact us to see if the owner of your property allows pets.
If they do you must get a written "Pet Addendum" from us. You may also be required to pay a pet fee.
Without the addendum you will be in violation of section 12 of your lease which states: "Pets: Tenant agrees not to keep or allow anywhere
on or about the Premises any animals or pets of any kind, including but not limited to, dogs, cats, birds, rodents, reptiles or marine animals."
The only pets allowed are dogs and cats. The breed of dog or cat must not exceed 30 lbs when fully grown. Aggressive breeds are not
allowed. Only indoor pets are allowed and they must be house trained. No pets are allowed to be kept outside in a kennel or on a chain.
No pets are allowed to run free. You must keep them on a leash when outside and you must pick up after them when they do their business.
Any violation of the pet policy will result in termination of your pet privileges.
